Prices shown on CashGenie are estimates based on the device details and condition you provide. The quoted price is not a final, binding offer. Our executive inspects the device at pickup and confirms the final purchase price. The final amount may differ if the actual condition, model or accessories differ from what was declared.
We offer free doorstep pickup within our serviceable areas. Payment is made at the time of pickup via UPI or bank transfer once the device is inspected and accepted. You must provide accurate payment details and be the lawful owner of the device.
By selling a device you confirm you are its rightful owner and that it is not lost, stolen, or under any financial lien. You are responsible for removing your accounts (such as Google or iCloud) and backing up your data before pickup. We securely data-wipe every purchased device, but are not liable for any data left on it.
Referral rewards (1% of a referred sale's final amount) are credited to the referrer's CashGenie wallet only after the referred sale is completed. Wallet credit can be redeemed against a future sale. We reserve the right to withhold rewards in cases of misuse or fraud.
You may cancel a pickup request any time before the device is handed over, at no charge. CashGenie may decline or cancel a purchase if a device fails inspection or ownership cannot be verified.
