When you request a quote or pickup, we collect your name, mobile number, email, pickup address, and details about the device you want to sell. If you create an account, we also store your login credentials (passwords are stored securely hashed) and referral activity.

How we use it

• To provide a quote, schedule your pickup, and complete the purchase.
• To send you status updates about your sale by email.
• To operate the referral programme and credit wallet rewards.
• To improve our pricing and service.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with our pickup executives and payment partners as needed to complete your sale, and where required by law.

Data security

Your information is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised staff. Devices we purchase are securely data-wiped after the sale.
